According to the current standards referring to the law 675/96 and to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 regarding privacy, Webbens S.r.l. informs its clients of the following:
1. The data will be kept by Webbens S.r.l. on its own devices or on those of their service suppliers and on electronic supports. Webbens S.r.l. will defend the data from intrusion and unauthorised access.
2. The clients' data are collected for managing the management, information and update service supplied, for transmitting them to third party suppliers in order to provide the requested service and to communicate news, updates and other information to the clients.
3. The data that may requested are personal details, contact references, mobile phone number, e-mail address, and company and bank details.
4. The clients' data are collected for the purposes of this on-line system, i.e.:
a) for the management of the supplied technical service; b) for the transmission to third party suppliers in order to provide the requested service;
c) for communicating news, updates and other information regarding the supplied service or for general information.
5. The data are owned by Webbens S.r.l., via Frosini 13, 51100 Pistoia.
6. The client has the right to obtain the immediate deletion of transmitted data at any time and for any reason upon written request.
7. The client is informed that personal data can be used for internal purposes for supplying the service but cannot be disclosed or sold to third parties for other purposes. The client authorises the transmission of the data to third parties for the following purposes: a) storage b) managing and entering data c) market and trends analysis d) counselling.
8. The client declares to be informed about his/her rights and about the treatment of personal data and allows the use of these personal data and, therefore, agrees to the their treatment.
9. The client clearly agrees to the treatment of personal data by subscribing to the newsletter and by booking communicating these data in writing (fax or letter), electronically (e-mail) or over the phone.
