Activating our services is very simple.
To use our automatic portal update systems and/or our rates comparison software, all you have to do is subscribe the usage contract and send us your documentation in order to customise the system.
You can request the

using in the request form in this section. Once you've filled them in and signed them, you can send them to the fax number indicated at the bottom of the documents.
As soon as we receive your documents we will provide to prepare your system by connecting the various portals indicated in the settings documents.
You will receive the following codes and documents to start working with Figaro HDT within 7 work days:
- user ID and password to access the reserved area;
- user guide;
- comments and improvements regarding the settings;
- Instructions on how to carry out the first round of tests according to our protocols.
The payment is to be made within 30 days from activation.
How much will it cost?
The use of our systems presumes the payment of an annual fee which includes the use of the system, data storage in a dedicated area, connectivity and all the necessary resources and, of course, assistance.
We provide all-inclusive technical assistance which is included in the price. There will be no surprises for our clients: with one all-inclusive cost you can accurately assess the cost of the service.
The fee to use Figaro HDT services is not in any way connected to the intensity of use, nor to the bookings you receive from the portals.
As for our Channel Manager Figaro Rate Manager, the fee is divided according to the number of portals on which the client will use Figaro to update rates, availability and minimum stay.
FIGARO RM 10: basic fee for those who use up to 10 portals or on-line dealers
FIGARO RM 20: the fee for those who manage up to 20 dealers
FIGARO RM TOP: for the facilities that need to update more 20 with no maximum limit.
As for our hotel rates comparison system the cost depends on the number of competitor hotels to be monitored:
FIGARO RW 5: the basic fee to monitor up to 5 facilities;
FIGARO RW 10: the fee to monitor the rates of up to 10 facilities
